• Electricity (including use of the brand new air-conditioning unit to beat the Summer heat!)
• Cleaning every 2 weeks (on Mondays)

• 24 hrs Internet connection
• Free use of laundry room once per week (complimentary cash card will be provided)

• 50 steps from the lake & port of Ouchy
• 20 steps to Co-op
• 50 meters to Migros, Ouchy
• Bus-stops right in front of the building (Beau-Rivage stop)
• Plenty of cafes & restaurants around (e.x: Japanese Restaurant below: http://www.artek.fr/ichiban/)
• Ouchy Metro station – 2 minutes walk
• Lausanne Gare (train station) – 5 minutes by Metro / bus, 15 minutes walk
• St. Francois (Lausanne’s city center) – 6 minutes by Metro/bus, 20 minutes walk
• Olympic Museum – 5 minutes walk


RENT: CHF 2,500
(for the period of 5th August 2009 – 4th September 2009)


Terms & Conditions:
1. 50% of the rent to be paid upon confirmation (non-refundable)
2. The remaining 50% to be paid by 5th July 2009.
